This is just a quick up-date. Please follow the links to get an update on what is happening in regard the West Acre Application. The IWC internal routes to get the application recalled have now been exhausted as the Planning Committee has voted 6 to 4 against recalling the application to committee. The consent for the application is shortly to be issued by IWC Planning and residents have 6 weeks from the day of consent to seek Judicial Review.
Residents have agreed to now pursue the Judicial Review route and details are on the above Crowd Justice site.
There is no Ryde Appley and Elmfield Ward meeting on Thursday 7th April 2022 as I am away but a meeting will be arranged on my return to discuss the situation.
