The following letter was sent to the Isle of Wight Council 5th September 2023 to inform them that should the Draft Island Plan be adopted with the addition of the West Acre Park Application site (Westridge Farmland), that lawyers would challenge the decision with the financial aid of a court cost order against the Isle of Wight Council.
